Submitting this form records a request. It does not immediately delete or deactivate your account.

What happens next

We receive your request
It goes to our protected support queue.
We confirm it’s really you
Our team contacts the email you provide to verify account ownership. We may ask for more information if needed.
We complete the deletion
Within 30 days after ownership is confirmed, we process your request and explain the outcome by email.

What account deletion removes

Your profile, email and sign-in details.
Your recipes, photos, cooking steps and custom ingredients.
Your comments, likes and saved recipes.
Your shakes, activity history and account-linked AI usage.
Account sessions and notification registrations.

Specific-data requests remove the data you identify while keeping your account.

What may be retained

Request correspondence is kept for up to 30 days after the request is closed, then removed automatically.

If a specific record must be retained for a legal, security or fraud-prevention reason, we’ll explain which record, why and for how long in our response.
